All Strength & Conditioning sessions are instructed by a Can Fit Pro Certified Instructor.  Instructor brings experienced and extensive knowledge of sport-specific weight and speed training.   Personal Trainer has also had experience in a world-class fitness center as a personal trainer for the general public.  We can customize your programs to meet your personal or team goals.
